Black Magic Cake
Superb easy recipe for a homemade cake! The coffee really brings out the chocolate flavor. It was tender and rich and baked evenly too. I made two single layer cakes frosted with white buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache. Amazing! I can't wait to make this again!

Chocolate Ganache
Perfect ganache!! I used 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla in place of the dark rum. This set up beautifully over buttercream and was remarkably easy with which to work. Oh yeah, it tasted divine too!

Bread and Celery Stuffing
The best stuffing recipe! Simple and oh so delicious! My family asks me to make the stuffing for holiday parties. I use a mix of white and wheat breads. Delicious!!
