My cooking tragedies
ha ha...when i was first married (over 20 yrs ago) in our first home with new appliances i wanted to make a clams casino dip for our friends. I had a great recipe, put it together, put it in the oven and locked the oven. What? lock the oven? NOOOOO.... thats the self cleaning latch! We ordered chicken wings.

Mashed Potato Cakes
This is GREAT! Mom stand over the counter for hours shredding potatoes and of course my kids say "why don't you ever make potato pancakes like grammy" Well now i have and now i will! Thanks! ~viva

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Delish! Instead of the tomato soup, i used chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. I will definately make again...thanx for sharing. ~viva

Grilled Cheese Sandwich
