Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Love it! We really like the taste of chocolate and raspberries in our house. We make the cakes and then as the topping put a teaspoon of raspberry Polander fruit spread, four or five fresh raspberries and a little powdered sugar. Perfect!

Great recipe with wonderful flavor for few ingredients. However, way to much butter. Half the butter called for, and the recipe is five stars.

Pecan Rice

Follow the cooking directions for whatever brown rice you purchased... some take more time to cook, some more fluid to cook. Use chicken broth instead of water to add more flavor to rice. Outstanding recipe.

Chicken David

This is so good. I didn't make any changes to the recipe ingrediants, only the way that I cooked it. I simply made the chicken first, set in a warm oven, then made the sauce and added back in at the end. My pan is not big enough to mix all the sauce ingrediants appropriatly with the chicken in it!

Pork Chops with Burgundy Mushroom Sauce

I really liked this dish and pork chops are not my favorite. I do thicken the sauce and have even omitted the cooking wine and just used the broth and it is still very good.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These are wonderful. I wouldn't change a thing except I have no idea how you use all the topping. To use it all it would be half muffin and half topping and way to sweet. I would suggest cutting the topping in half or be prepared to throw a lot away. But, otherwise, exceptional.

Spicy Brown Mustard Chicken

I made a few changes, added honey to the mustard and some curry powder. Used chicken thighs as the coating is heavy. I thought this was very good but beware, this has a very heavy mustard flavor. If you do not like mustard a lot, avoid this recipe.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Wow! Who would have thought such a simplistic recipe could add so much flavor. Probably not the healthiest way to prepare a vegtable, but if you are going to splurge...add the parmasean cheese, it's out of this world!

Honey Mustard Chicken

This is a very good recipe and perfect for guests. I recommend using chicken breasts cut into stips, prep the night before and marinate overnight in fridge. Double the recipe for the marinade and you will not have to baste during cooking. Needs no attention while you visit with guests. Have made on many occasions and several friends now request!

Basic Microwave Risotto

honestly I think that the Risotto that you stir and stir on the stove is a little better, but only when you have perfected the heat and stirring combo. This is almost as good and for the next to no attention that it needs, five solid stars.

Butter Cake

I made the blueberry version. This is very good but not the consistancy of box cake mix. It is dense, more like muffin consistancy. It is also done in about 30 minutes.

This dish is just wonderful. I made it for a dinner party and everyone just raved. Roll the chicken ahead of time, cover and put in the fridge. Simply add wine and oil after your guests arrive and pop in the oven. Thank you for a great recipe.
