Tofu Peanut Stir-Fry
Prep time says 15 minutes, but apparently doesn't include the time it takes to make the sauce. Just a lot more work than I expected. Oddly, I am usually the one that likes new dishes and husband doesn't, but this time he liked it and I just didn't care for the taste. Not the worst thing I ever had, but I won't be making it again.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
Loved the taste, but as someone else mentioned - it seemed like too much flour. I ended up adding more buttermilk and that helped. Will try this one again one day!

Special Irish Beef Stew
This was a disaster! I followed the recipe to the letter (except for using extra stour which I'll talk about in a moment). The vegetables did NOT get done after an hour of simemring like the recipe said to do.Prep Time is WAY over twenty minutes unless you buy vegetables that are already prewashed and precut. And...someone else warned on here about using Guiness Extra Stout --- I repeat the warning - DO NOT USE GUINESS EXTRA STOUT. Horrid, horrid bitter taste if you do!!!! Really awful and brown sugar did NOT help!
