Cheesy Zucchini Casserole I
Very yummy. I added chicken to make it a complete meal. Even the kids liked it. I do think that next time I'll add less cheese.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
Made exactly as directed only adding 1tsp of liquid smoke as others have suggested and loved it. YUM! YUM!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I
This was a great recipe! I reduced the calories by not breading the chicken. I cooked the chicken in a LITTLE bit of oil with salt and pepper. YUMMY! I will make this again.
