Buffet Meatballs

This is awesome! I use it for potlucks or an easy dinner at home with side dishes. I use the meatballs from Costco because they taste the best!

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

I don't know why I didn't think of something so simple, but this was great. I always steam my asparagus, but looking for something different, I found this. Thanks for sharing. I might try some white wine next time like some of the others said, but it's also great just as is.

Baked Ziti I

This was awesome! I made it to the tee, except I only did 1 c sour cream and it turned out so good! There was a lot of cheese- just the way I like it. The provolone made it just right. I will make this one again soon I'm sure.
