This had good flavor. I felt it was missing a little, so I added in a teaspoon of chili powder and it knocked it out of the ballpark! Super yummy!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

I'm giving this 5 stars with my few changes: 1 egg instead of 2, an extra 1/2 cup of flour, 1 tsp of baking powder and I added 1 T of Italian seasoning along with the oregano. This is a wonderful base for a simple pizza. YUM!

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

This was awesome! I didn't have any canned chipotle, so I used the Knorr brand chipotle cube & crumbled it in. Also crumbled another cube & mixed it with the mayo. Made for a very intense flavor - just loved it! (You can find the Knorr brand cubes for chipotle and cilanto and onion in the Mexican food section.)

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

This turned out moist & juicy. I added a couple tablespoons of balsamic vinegar before adding the spices on top. Also, didn't have fresh tomatoes, so I piled canned, diced tomatoes on top - loved it!

Exquisite Yeastless Focaccia

I took other raters' suggestions and added an extra 1/2 cup of flour. This was still way to sticky to work with. Also, it was absolutely hard on the bottom - couldn't cut through it. And it was not burnt at all.

Cinnamon-Curry Tuna Salad

I followed this recipe to a "T". The cinnamon flavor is overpowering. I decided to let the flavors "marry" overnight to see if the cinnamon flavor would dissipate a little, but it was even worse.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

These are awesome! The only thing, though, is that the batter was so liquidy, there was no way to shape them. So, I measured them out with a small ice cream scoop & we sprinkled sugar on top. So soft & moist - our new favorite!

Saffron Rice

This is a great way to showcase the saffron. I don't like the flavor of butter, so I sauteed my onions in extra virgin olive oil. I didn't bother with the food coloring - it's very appealing with the fresh, green parsley in it. I also substituted chicken broth in place of water.

Spicy Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup

This was very unusual for my taste. I wasn't sure if I liked it until about the 4th spoonful. Then, I finally felt the heat in the back of my mouth. Then, it made me want to keep eating it. It's always nice to try new things.
