Raspberry Truffles
These were easy to make, and tasted great. I did need to chill the chocolate for several hours before I was able to form it into balls, but it was worth the wait.

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge
This fudge was a great hit with my co-workers. I recieved many requests for the recipe, and the office was a cheerier place that afternoon :-)
