Coconut Shrimp I

I'm rating this 4, but it may be 5. This is because they tasted great when I fried them but turned cold when I took them to a picnic and the coconut coating had lost its crunch. But when I reheated them at home, they were yummy again.

Peanut Butter Noodles

I had to scale this up, but the sauce ended up with way too much liquid that I had to evaporate off. And finally the noodles stung of ginger!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Not too good.I didnt like the taste of cottage cheese, and I think there are better mac and cheese recipes out there. Once again, I was left witha couplf of trays of extra macaroni noone wanted!

Turned out very nice, had them with fried rice.Very easy to make for a quick lunch. I would be careful with the soy sauce and salt the next time though.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Great chicken. I followed someone else's review, and marinaded the chicken in buttermilk and salt, garlic and papriks for a night. They turned out very juicy on in the inside. I took these to a picnic, and people liked them, but the coating had gone a bit soft. Next time, I'll try eating them straight off the stove!

Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

These were very snappy cookies! Perfect with a cup of tea. I followed the recipe exactly except I used baking powder instead of soda. They came out well-crinkled. I will need to practice more to get the right size!

Buffalo Chicken Wings I

These were very good. I played around with different hot sauces to achieve the taste I wanted. I also rubbed some salt into the wings before deep-frying.
