Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
So yummy! I omitted the salt and sugar, because I felt like it was probably ok without those 2 things. I marinated thighs for about 7 hours, we made skewers with red onion, red bell peppers and the chicken...they were so tender and flavorful. Great go to recipe for the bbq.

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes
very good! I made the following changes: I used turkey kielbasa and cut it into larger chunks. I also added a whole yellow onion that I also chopped in large chunks. I cooked the potatoes in the microwave until tender but still slightly firm. I threw all the ingredients into a large cast iron skillet and let it happily sizzle away. I tried to not mess with it too much as to not break the potatoes. When everything had a nice caramalization, I put it all in the oven to finish cooking...which was basically when the potatoes were fork tender. Oh, I also added garlic. It had amazing flavor and I was really happy how it turned out.

BLT Dip
this was good, but not something I would make again. I actually enjoyed it more spread on toast and eaten the next day like a real BLT.
