Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs
As the other reviews suggested, I omitted the salt (I'm not a big fan of salty food anyway) and doubled the coating mix. It was the perfect amount of mix for eight chicken thighs. My husband loved it, but next time, I'll only include one teaspoon of curry instead of two. Great dinner, thanks!

Soy and Garlic Marinated Chicken
The chicken did turn out a little too salty. I will definitely use low-sodium soy sauce next time. Otherwise, yummy!

Egg Salad Sandwiches
I didn't care too much for the dill weed. I only added 1/4 tsp, but I may omit it next time. Essentially, I cut all seasonings in half and only added 1/4 tsp of dried minced onions. The kids ate it, so I was happy.
