Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
So good! I changed things up a bit but that was to fit what was in my fridge/cupboard. I used 1 can of the cream chicken soup and 1 can of chicken stock + a bit of water. I added some celery and baby carrots (sliced lengthways, a couple of cubed up potatoes and some garlic. Then I thickened the liquid with 1/3 of a cup of flour mixed with 1/3 of a cup of water. Looked really good at this point and then I used 1.5 cups of Bisquick and 1/2 a cup of milk to make the dumplings dropped into the slow cooker by the spoonful, put the lid on for 35 minutes and wowsers!! Delicious.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
So, so good!! Everyone gobbled these up ... can't wait to make these again.

Mother's Ham Casserole
Good!! Quite enjoyed it and subbed red pepper in for the green pepper because that is what we had. I will make it again.
