Honey Fruit Salad

I really did enjoy this! My son, who really doesn't like to eat alot of fruit, gobbled it up! I did add a tad more lime juice. But it is a refreshing way to eat fruit as a dessert, thanks!

I have tried other crab cake recipes from here, and I have to admit this is better. I didn't wait and chill th formed patties, I just went ahead and cooked them, and they pretty much stayed put. No breaking apart at all. Will keep this recipe but tinker with it to get the desired flavor I am looking for as it was still missing something. Thanks!

Asian Orange Chicken

I cheated a bit by buying frozen popcorn chicken, but followed the orange sauce to the T. And it was wonderful! My entire family devoured it, a guarnatee to make again and again! Thanks!

Crazy Cake

If I could give more stars, I would! I followed the recipe EXCEPT for one thing, instead of adding 1/2 c. of cocoa powder, I added 1 cup. I truly recommend this recipe, I will turn to this one! Thanks Amy!

Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

I know this is wrong for rating it although I changed the recipe to suit my taste. I did everything in the begining like the recipe stated. Where I changed it was I added cilantro instead of parsley and added tomatoes. IT gave it a totally different flavor, but I prefered it that way.

Tortillas with Cactus and Cheese

this is a very bland recipe, next time do what i did, rinse the nopales (cactus) until the slime is gone. in a pan heat up 2 tbs oil and add 1/4 c. diced onions and cook until it is transparent, then add the cactus, cook for another 5 min. then add 1 tsp cumin powder, and 1 tsp chili powder. in a bowl put in 1 tbs flour and 2 tbs water stir and add to cactus, cook for another 5 min or until a gravy forms. enjoy, oh and don't forget to add salt to taste.

Swedish Meatballs

Tell you the truth, it lacked something. My husband and kids managed to eat it, somewhat. Maybe that's due to the fact that we love to eat a lot of mexican food. And most of you know, mexican cuisine is know for it's spices. Something this recipe lacks of. Thanks anyway!

Tofu Parmigiana

This was not very pleasing to me. My husband and mother enjoyed it though. Thought the tofu had this wierd texture. And the batter seemed to bubble instead of sticking to the tofu and being crispy. I think I will stick to eggplant parmigiana thogh. thanks anyway.

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

I remember having potatoes similar to these on my honeymoon in Mexico 10 yrs. ago. The only difference is that they used Oaxaca cheese with cheddar. Oaxaca cheese is similar to mozzarella cheese, but have a much better flavor. I truly recommend them with this type cheese, which can be found in any supermarket in the cheese section.

Curried Coconut Chicken

We have been trying out different types of food, when I came to this recipe. Now, never having eatin' Indian food, this was good. I can't say pretty good cause I have not had anything to compare it to. I did add little red potatoes. My kids love potatoes. I have to admit though, I don't much like the odor of curry all through out my home, but might still cook this again. Thanks!
