This was awesome, everyone at my church community group loved it. I doubled it, except the apples (used 3 not 4) and didn't double the white/brown sugar, only used as much as the original recipe called for. I followed another user's suggestion and used frozen peaches instead of raspberries, loved that b/c I don't like a lot of seeds. To coat the chips w/ the cinnamon sugar, I found the ziplock bag'n'shake method worked best, it coated the perfect amt on each chip. I don't yet have a "good" food processor that chops/dices, so this took me about 4 hours total, and the tortillas took the longest to make, but it was well worth all the time it took.
