My grandma used to make this at every holiday meal...either strawberry or lime...both are delicious!!!

I was looking for a cookie recipe w/ oats, peanut butter,chocolate chips, and some kind of nuts, and this recipe hit the spot! I used chunky peanut butter for the nuts, and I highly recommend to do that...the texture and flavors of these cookies are addicting! Just make sure you have a glass of milk nearby to wash them all down with :)

These are amazing! I followed the original recipe, but added 3/4 c. chocolate chips and cooked in a loaf pan for approx. 45 min. The texture, flavor, and density of these are the best, I can't stop eating them! Definitely recommend this recipe!

I scaled to half, but added double the vanilla, and baked in a cupcake pan for individual cakes :) Perfect for strawberry shortcakes!

I made this for a co-worker and he said it's truly the best apple pie he's ever tasted, but I wasn't supposed to tell anyone since his wife would be very mad if she knew, even though I suggested he give her the recipe! LOL But I must agree it was amazing! btw-I used the French Pastry Pie Crust.

I cannot believe how good these are! We had a ton of zucchini this past summer, so I made them a few times and I call them "secret surprise brownies" b/c each time I got anti-zucchini eaters into eating them, and then after told them the secret ingredient is zucchini! lol They were definitely happily surprised!

I've learned how to win over a crowd of people w/ this dip...just scrumptious! fyi-I used Classico roasted garlic alfredo sauce.

The hubby and I loved this recipe, definitely going in my recipe book for regular rotation :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe, I've made it a few times now w/ freshly caught flounder, and the one time I tried a different stuffed flounder recipe for company (Brian's Easy Stuffed Flounder), it wasn't nearly as good, and both my hubby and I wished I made this! Oh well, we know for future reference, this is THE ONE!

These are amazing, last Thanksgiving my MIL snuck the whole bowl and devoured them! LOL Needless to say I'm making them again this year, and an extra batch just for her :)

This was awesome, everyone at my church community group loved it. I doubled it, except the apples (used 3 not 4) and didn't double the white/brown sugar, only used as much as the original recipe called for. I followed another user's suggestion and used frozen peaches instead of raspberries, loved that b/c I don't like a lot of seeds. To coat the chips w/ the cinnamon sugar, I found the ziplock bag'n'shake method worked best, it coated the perfect amt on each chip. I don't yet have a "good" food processor that chops/dices, so this took me about 4 hours total, and the tortillas took the longest to make, but it was well worth all the time it took.
