Pork Chop 'n' Kraut Dinner
Great recipe & so easy! Better use a large pot if your going to get 6 chops in there. I have a 6qt cooker & put in one large chop I had in the fridge. Came out perfect. I'm single & this was plenty with leftovers for next days lunch.I will definitely be making this again

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Excellent & easy......& the kids loved it. I scale it to 12 servings(Its great reheated too) & it fits in my 4qt saucepot(barely)

Easy Meatloaf
