Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers
Great! I've been cooking the same recipe for stuffed bell peppers since my mom taught me as a child. I didn't think I would like this at all, but my husband and I loved it! Next time I will try adding some diced tomatoes for a similar texture to my mom's recipe.

Man's Way Sausage
My husband and I loved this hearty dish! We had it for dinner one evening with slow cooked grits. I did use sausage links (left over from breakfast) that worked just as well! We will definitely cook this again.
