T's Sweet Potato Fries

I cut them fairly thin, then baked them for 30 min. like the recipe says. Soggy. Baked them another 30 min. Still soggy. How in the world did you get them crispy? Flavor was pretty good.

Exquisite Yeastless Focaccia

Delicious! I didn't sift the dry ingredients (because I'm lazy) and used all whole wheat flour. We LOVED this served with olives and feta cheese while we watched the movie "Australia". perfect!

Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf

Very tasty. But it was kind of dry. I followed the recipe exactly. Hmmmmmm- Dryer water here in Germany?

Used lots more garlic than the recipe called for. This recipe filled 2 big pans full of pasta shells! So, now I have one pan full in the freezer to which I will add spaghetti sauce and mozzarella when we want to enjoy this very tasty dish again!
