Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta
I have made this recipe several times. I made some changes by adding 1+ tbsp cajun seasoning (so my kids will eat it) and I use heavy cream. I will continue making this, my kids say it is better than at any restaurant pasta.

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce
This turned out great. I am not one to like chicken chimichangas but I really like this one. The green sauce really added to the taste.
