I have 2 kids, most of my cooking is done for them and my boyfriend. I didn't find my love for cooking until I was pregnant with my first son. Now it's something I absolutely have a passion for. I also have 3 dogs and 2 cats that look forward to anything that spills from my counters. =) I love to cook just about anything. If it sounds like it will taste good and I have the means to cook it, I will! My new favorite is cheesecake, now that I have it mastered there is no stopping me! Mom's Thanksgiving dinner will always be my personal favorite from growing up. Now I just enjoy surprising my kids with new meals or desserts that they love. I love inviting friends over to try new dishes. I have made alot of different things that I am very proud of. I finally mastered fried chicken, which I've never had the patience to cook. I'm making cheesecakes like a pro. Let's just say no one is losing weight in this house. I've had quite a few, but the most memorable is the first cake I made from scratch. It was like a dry sponge and it was hilarious to watch everyone try to chew it! They were trying to be kind, but there was no way to swallow the stuff! I've come a long way since then!(thank goodness!)
