I'm in my 40's and I love to cook for my family and our friends. I like to make dishes that look and taste delicious. Other than that, I'm a down home cook. I cook all of the regular things that people eat. Every Thanksgiving my Grandmother would make homemade noodles. Believe it or not, we put them over everything. On the turkey, stuffing and the mashed potatoes. I know, starches on top of starches, but it's soooo goooood! Before Grandma passed, my Aunt and I learned how to make them, and no, there isn't a recipe, unless you know what a glop of oil is. ;) Linguini with Clam Sauce. Lasagne. My wife said it was dry. So I've yet to make it again. But, for some reason, I'm still living it down. Go figure.
