Tiramisu II
This tiramisu was far better than any I have ever made before, and there is no way to possibly understand how delicious it is without trying it yourself. I ended up tripling the rum and coffee mixture, and I dunked the ladyfingers into this mixture one at a time rather than drizzling the mixture over them. It made for a flavorful, moist and cake-y tiramisu.

Tofu Parmigiana
Breaded tofu...why didn't I ever think of this before?! This recipe was really good and I would probably be giving it 5 stars if only the amount of tomato sauce was increased just a little bit (it tasted somewhat dry to me). I added some minced and sautéed yellow onion to the tomato mixture and served the dish with some sliced cherry tomatoes.

Focaccia Bread
Absolutely unbelievable. I subbed milk for water, left out the garlic powder, and I added rosemary sprigs and finishing salt to the top of the bread after it had baked. Served alongside a dish of oil, balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes, this focaccia made an amazing appetizer.
