I'm a fifty something small business owner who uses cooking as a way to relax and enjoy my friends and family. The perfect rib eye. Anything Cajun. Sweetbreads. I don't come from a cooking family. My wife however, who is from Greece, makes the most amazing food I have ever tasted. I will never eat moussaka made by another's hands. Cooking for 200 people at my niece's wedding.
