Very, very good. The only change I made was to use two packages of noodles instead of one. Next time, I'm also going to add some eggs, water chestnuts, and green peas. Other than that, the dish is delicious.

Romano Chicken

Excellent!! I served with some spaghetti and marinara sauce. I baked it for 35 minutes at 350F. I also broiled the chicken for about 30 seconds to make it more golden and crunchy.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

Pumpkin Cake III

Vanilla Glaze

I wasn't impressed with this recipe at all. The measurements are completely off. I spend great deal of time trying to adjust to what went wrong. I also used whipping cream instead of milk, thinking that it would give a better taste. It was okay. I won't be using this again.

Carrot Cake III

Wow! This cake is AMAZING! I followed this recipe exactly except I used one cup of almonds and one cup of pecans, and I toasted them prior to adding to the batter and the icing. I mixed almonds with the batter and put pecans on the outside of the cake. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thank you! P.S. Oh, and I also used two 9" round cake pans.

Mexican Bean Salad

I was disappointed because this recipe received so many good reviews. I didn't like the dressing and followed the recipe exactly. I liked, however, the combination of beans,corn, peppers, and onions. I will make it again but perhaps with some Newman's Italian dressing.

Cornbread Salad I

This is a great salad. I substituted pinto beans for a can of black and a can of red kidney beans. I also made my own ranch dressing. The salad was delicious, but next time I think I'll cut the recipe in half because it made a LOT.

Southwest-Style Egg Rolls

This recipe is great! It's been my favorite for a long time. You can also use the filling for chicken quesadillas. Instead of deep frying, lay them in a baking dish, pour a mixture of cream of chicken mixed with sour cream over, top with cheese, and bake it all together. Yam!
