Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry
Very, very good. The only change I made was to use two packages of noodles instead of one. Next time, I'm also going to add some eggs, water chestnuts, and green peas. Other than that, the dish is delicious.

Romano Chicken
Excellent!! I served with some spaghetti and marinara sauce. I baked it for 35 minutes at 350F. I also broiled the chicken for about 30 seconds to make it more golden and crunchy.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
This is the recipe from the back of Knorr's vegetable soup mix. It's excellent! I've been making this dip forever.
