Garlic Butter Green Beans
Very good. I only used a few spashes of lemon juice instead of the amount listed. I also added some bacon bits at the end.

Super Al's Cocktail Sauce
Oh my goodness. This was so delicious! I added a little more lemon juice & horseradish for our taste. Super easy & excellent flavor.

Blackened Salmon Fillets
Outstanding! After reading reviews, I was scared about the spice factor. However, I decided to be brave & made as directed plus adding a tablespoon of hot mexican style chili powder. I did replace the butter with olive oil as many suggested. Loved it! Thanks Jeff for a great recipe.
