Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Intense chocolatey flavor. Fudgy, looks perfect, doesn't need a frosting. This beats box brownies! Easy to make.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
This could easily be 5 stars, but needs a crust made of something other than graham crackers. I think peanut butter desserts need chocolate, so I made some fudge sauce to spoon on top. It was very easy to make, and I will again, trying out crust and mix in variations. It is a great recipe when you do not want to turn on the oven.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
WOW!!! These rolls were surprisingly easy (with a bread machine) and so divine. My only problem was rolling out the dough; it kept shrinking- which happens to me all the time. Like other reviewers suggested, I softened the butter to mix with the cinnamon and brown sugar for easier spreading. I baked them in a glass pan and redrizzled their juices on them. I used 4 oz of cream cheese because I love the tang of it. I baked at 350 for over 20 minutes. Will definitely make again, these are so simple in the morning if you let them rise shaped in their covered pans. I just have to make sure there are enough people around to eat them! And to tumbleweedbarngirl- bread flour is fairly easy to find. It is not from a specialty store and should be available at your local Walmart. I wouldnt use all purpose, bread flour gives it an elasticity, etc more like bread.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I was disappointed in these after reading the reviews. The batter was tasty but once assembled it was just kind of tasteless. I've had better cookies so I will not make these again.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2009
I used only one egg bc i like fudgy brownies and decreased the flour by 1/3 cup. I added almost a cup of choc chips. Next time I might try a chocolate glaze and a little more pb flavor. Delicious!

Oatmeal and Wheat Flour Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2009
Used extra brown sugar and vegetable oil instead of olive oil, and low fat milk instead of soy. Delicious and hearty! I will definitely make again. These would be delicious even without blueberries.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2008
Extremely rich, but so easy to eat! This fudge was very creamy. I used 2c semi sweet chips and 1c peanut butter chips, leaving out the nuts. The fudge had a great texture- I agree, it is good enough to sell! I think I'll try more flavor combinations, but this is THE fudge recipe for me and my loved ones ;)

Apple Scones

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2008
So good! Added just a little more sugar and used a Granny Smith apple. I used less than 1/2c milk, just enough to make it stick together. Dough was sticky but workable. I also added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg. These scones were divine.

Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

Fabulous! Like another reviewer, I used only a (heaping) 1/3 c peanut butter, and it is still intense. I used 2% milk, which worked. Crunchy pb gives a great texture. I added choc chips to the Reeses bc chocolate and pb is so good! Hope I dont eat it all in one sitting.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Definitely NOT the best cheesecake I've had. It was not cream cheese-y enough. The crust was also not very good; needed sugar. Easy to make bake but will not make again. OK but not great.

Good soup and easy. I used chicken broth instead of vegetable and I think it gave it a lot of flavor; good thick texture. Would make again.
