No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
This could easily be 5 stars, but needs a crust made of something other than graham crackers. I think peanut butter desserts need chocolate, so I made some fudge sauce to spoon on top. It was very easy to make, and I will again, trying out crust and mix in variations. It is a great recipe when you do not want to turn on the oven.

Clone of a Cinnabon
WOW!!! These rolls were surprisingly easy (with a bread machine) and so divine. My only problem was rolling out the dough; it kept shrinking- which happens to me all the time. Like other reviewers suggested, I softened the butter to mix with the cinnamon and brown sugar for easier spreading. I baked them in a glass pan and redrizzled their juices on them. I used 4 oz of cream cheese because I love the tang of it. I baked at 350 for over 20 minutes. Will definitely make again, these are so simple in the morning if you let them rise shaped in their covered pans. I just have to make sure there are enough people around to eat them! And to tumbleweedbarngirl- bread flour is fairly easy to find. It is not from a specialty store and should be available at your local Walmart. I wouldnt use all purpose, bread flour gives it an elasticity, etc more like bread.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
I was disappointed in these after reading the reviews. The batter was tasty but once assembled it was just kind of tasteless. I've had better cookies so I will not make these again.
