Caramel Apple Dip

This is good but if you think it going to be like having a affy tapple it's not. That is my favorite and instead of looking for a substitute I would rather satisfy my craving and just eat a real affy tapple

These were delicious and super moist. I did use oil opposed to butter and added cinnamon and nutmeg to dry ingredients. These made my family rise out of bed for Sunday breakfast. Thank you would give a five with additional changes. Enjoy!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
This was so delicious my family went crazy for this so easy. I took the advice of others by adding the cornstarch and some milk to make a gravy for the mashed potatoes and green beans with this. So easy and yummy. I would like to make this some way with low sodium cooking for the next time I did use low sodium soy sauce.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
Wow wow wow. If you want chicken that taste just like the local grocery stores rotisserie this is definitely it. As bad as the skin is for you especially when dieting I couldn't resist so crispy and sticky good. We just bought awhile ago a toaster/rotisserie/oven and this was my first attempt using the rotisserie and believe me it will be used weekly. This is a great season to mix and give as gifts. Thank you for such an amazing recipe this will be used regularly in my kitchen and shared with many. And also so very easy to mix. Hope so many others enjoy as my family did.

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
I just finished baking this cake and it is really way to sweet for me. I thought 2 1/8 cups of sugar seemed like alot I think I would cut the sugar in 1/2 in both the cake and frosting. I use splenda for baking don't know if that made a difference. It did come out beautiful though. Must view pictures.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
Delicious!!!! So easy I did exactly what the recipe called for I like dark meat and I found this to be very flavorful it would work nice even on boneless skinless chicken breast. I choose to cook it at 375 for 45 minutes I think next time though alittle less the broiler always smokes the house this is why I choose to cook it this way. I served it with worcestshire brown rice from the biggest loser cookbook and a tossed salad. My son loved it. thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2009
Wow this was incredible!!!! U must try. My house smells so delicious. I made one adjustment since the sauce was almost as perfect as my own sauce I just added a little liquid smoke and lots more garlic bc i love garlic and 1 cup of water with a beef cube. We had it with a can of bush baked beans and a tossed salad with dressing. Quick and easy. My only suggestion would be double the sauce just in case you would like a little more for the side. My son and I loved it w/o extra sauce but my hubs would want more sauce. Great great recipe. Thank you, I was beginning to wonder if I would ever find a recipe I would like for pulled pork this is outstanding.

Italian Love Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
This was very different. I used half of the ricotta mix just bc purchased what I thought was a large container for the recipe and it was just enough anymore of the bottom part and I think my family would of passed on this. They did however fight over the bowl that the frosting was mixed in. Truely heavenly and you can actually make this one lowfat if you wanted to and it would still turn out fabulous! Thanks for a wonderful recipe

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
We loved this and so easy. The only change I made is adding a fresh jalepeno pepper and 2 cans of 15 oz diced tomatoes instead of tomatoes w/chili's. I used corona beer. This is loaded with protein great for the start of the new year. You can alter the ingredients to light beer and low sodium taco seasoning. You can bake fresh corn tortillas and lowfat chedder chez and ff sour cream. I loved this. What a treat. Especially on a cold icy winter Chicago evening. Thank you my family is looking forward to this into our rotation.
