Wild Rice Casserole I
Great recipe. I substituted chicken broth for the water for added flavor and used sliced portobello mushrooms for a more meatier mushroom.

Grilled Teriyaki Tuna
Yummy yummy yummy! The teriyaki was such a great compliment to the tuna. I recommend sushi grade tuna so you can please all in your group. I made a dipping sauce for each steak of teriyaki and saoy sauce with some ground ginger that was a hit as a compliment.

Golden Crescent Rolls
This was my first attempt at making fresh rolls and they came out excellent. The yeast flavor really comes out and makes the roll.
