Apricot Glazed Chicken
Very good and simple. I was able to cut the recipe down to serve only two and it turned out great.

Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu
I was a little leary about grilling the chicken, but it turned out fantastic. A better wrap job on my part would have saved a little cheese from leaking out, but all-in-all it was a fantastic way to do something different with chicken on the grill.
