Baked Pineapple Casserole
I made this into a heart healthy recipe by using 1/2 cup olive oil in place of butter and whole grain bread, I also cut the sugar to 2/3 cup. It was great. C.H. from Ohio

Suet Pudding
My grandmother also made this and I am a great granny now. It is delicious except she made a sauce using 2 c. water--2 Tbl.corn starch, 1/2 c. sugar-- and either a couple of Tbl. whiskey or 1 tsp. vanilla. Christal

Beef or Moose Jerky
It is really good. For more flavor just add garlic powder, onion powder, basil. Just use your imagination and spices.
