Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
By using my Cuisinart for the potatoes and onions (and I added some ham), everything looked great and cooked so evenly! Great, light recipe!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Orange 'n' Red Onion Salad
I make (basically) the same salad, but I like to add coursely diced red apple pieces for texture. It is best to make the dressing a day in advance, and finely dice some red onion in the dressing mixture.
