Fluffy Pancakes
These taste exactly like my grandmother's delicious buttermilk pancakes. Thanks for posting for those of us who never have buttermilk on hand.

Tina's Pumpkin Spice Bars
I made half the recipe (13 servings). I baked the mixture in a 9 inch square pan and frosted with homemade cream cheese frosting. My family liked them as they weren't too spicy. I saw in the newspaper where a lady won first place at a state pumpkin festival using this recipe. Thanks for posting.

Chicken Salad Spread
Sometimes I add a finely chopped boiled egg and leave out the pickles and celery and the sandwich spread it still good. When leaving out the pickles, the spread doesn't get soggy.
