Butter Pecan Bars
These are good. I wanted them to be more chewy. I cut the flour down by a 1/4 cup. Added a cup of pecans. Bake them in a 300 oven for 50 mins, in a 9 x 13 pan. I liked them much better this way. Thinner and more chewy.

Caramel Corn III
Excellent!, I did triple the caramel sauce for the amount of popcorn.Had complete coverage of the popcorn. I did not have the problems most of the reviews suggested. Superb taste. Great crunch. Exactly the reciepe I was looking for. Will add to my favorites.

Supreme Apple Butter
Excellent, I doubled the amount of Cinnamon, and Cloves. Added 2 tesp each of Allspice and Nutmeg. Wonderful. You can easily adjust the spices to your taste. I used a crock pot to prevent sticking and scorching, it worked wonderful and the house smelled terrific! Will keep this recipe.
