Old Fashioned Potato Salad
This turned out pretty good. I used Light Mayo (and added a touch more than called for) and Nance's Spicy Mustard (ditto on the amount), but otherwise didn't change a thing. I think next time around I might play around with other seasoning. I also wish I'd read the comment about making it a day ahead...I think this will age very well.
