Fajita Style Vegetables with Rice and Beans, Whole-wheat Pizza with sauteed Onions, Garlic, Peppers, and Eggplant, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Banana Bread, Barszcz/Borscht, Thai-style green curry, and sourdough breads. My mother and grandmother are amazing cooks. My father makes wonderful breads and pies from scratch. Making enough food (grilled eggplant and Mujadara) for 30 people and Harvard's co-op, summer 2004. Making a large pot or Barszcz (Polish beet soup) for my Polish roommate. He said it tasted like it should and had seconds! None so far!
