Alfredo Sauce
I was looking for this recipe because I'd been using almost the exact same recipe that someone sent me calling it an Olive Garden copycat. The only difference was this recipe called for TWICE the amount of parmesan! I've been wanting to try using fresh garlic for awhile so I requested my mom buy some when she shopped for groceries. She also picked up a garlic press and I went to town. We have a large family of ten children so I quadrupled this. After reading some reviews I tried adding an extra clove of garlic and did not put the full amount of parmesan because we didn't have enough. Oh my gosh this stuff is incredible!! I think the fresh garlic is what kicks it over the edge. Before it was just kind of blah but this, oh this is great!! Will make again and again!!!

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
Wow this was yummy! I cooked the chicken on my little george foreman in the kitchen and used the juice to throw in with the spaghetti when I boiled that. Then I substituted chicken broth for the water/bouillon (although that would be handy if one was caught without broth at the last minute). Sprinkled some Cajun Seasoning on it on my plate and deeeeelicious. Will be making this again!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II
LOVED IT!!! It tasted exactly chocolate covered cherries. I found the icing to definitely have a cherry taste but I would definitely only make half as much since I had a lot of it left over.
