Almond Biscotti
Very good taste, but the dough was too thin, I'll need to add more flour next time. I also added 1 t of almond ext and 1/2 t of vanilla.

Cajun Cabbage
My family & I really liked this recipe. I had a half head of cabbage left over from another night's dinner, so this was a great, easy inexpensive meal. I found that I had to add a LOT more seasoning (salt, pepepr & cajun). When I finally got the seasoning down, I still felt there was something missing, so I threw in a heaping handful of cheddar cheese....that hit the spot. In my family, we call this a "do again".

Creole Chicken I
I fixed this a week or so ago, and my family loved it. My husband being from Baton Rouge, so was so happy I finally found a recipe that reminded him of where he grew up. ***Leftovers were even better!
