Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
This is a good one! I followed the recipe exactly, cooked the noodles until they were just firm and it was very saucy, but no problem for the macaroni absorbs the cheese sauce beautifully in the oven. Next time I will either halve the amount of black pepper or use white pepper and use less bread crumbs. I don't like them. For a gourmet cook, I'm the only one in my house who likes Mac & Cheese. The great thing about this site is it allows you to calculate servings and I should've done that. I'll be eating leftovers for a long time! This would be very good for a pot luck picnic. Thanks.
