Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

This was delicious. However, be careful about overfilling your pan. Mine spilled over the edge and made a huge mess! Next time I will use a larger pan.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I doubled the lime and vinegar and threw everything in the crockpot to cook. I also added a teaspoon of cumin. These are great with cheese, sour cream and fresh pico de gallo. I love the lime and squeezed extra on mine before eating.

Chicken Tequila Fettuccini

The flavors in this dish are amazing! I'm big on using spices so I had my doubts but I followed the recipe and loved the results. I added some extra jalapeno and used a bag of frozen peppers and onions to speed up the preparation. Try this recipe...you will not be disappointed!

Faye's Pulled Barbecue Pork

Good stuff and really easy. I put all the seasonings on at night and started the crockpot the next morning with a cup of water. After cooking for 8 hours I shredded it and put maybe a third of the liquid back in plus an entire bottle of KC masterpiece hot and spicy barbeque sauce. Cooked on high another hour to heat through and perfection! Will make again. Thanks!

Spicy Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

I love spicy foods as much as the next person but this is too much heat. Like other reviewers said it's all heat and no flavor. I think it would be much better with no cayenne pepper and more jalepenos instead. I'll try a different recipe next time.

Slow-Cooked Chili

Super easy to make. I like Chili kind of spicy so I used Chili beans plus still added all the chili powder. I also added a couple teaspoons of cumin and some chopped jalapenos.

Jackie's Sausage Soup

Yum! Made mine with spicy Italian sausage since that's all I ever use. I also added a couple shakes of crushed red pepper since we like spicy. I totally forgot to get parsley so I skipped it and it still tasted delish! Great soup for a cold night. Thanks!

This salsa was a little too sweet tasting for me. Maybe it was the stewed tomatoes I used...not sure. I tried just adding more jalapeno and ended up with the whole spicy sweet flavor. Tasted a little too much like picante sauce.

These are good, but not great. They taste exactly like what they are; cake mix with brown sugar and butter (therefore very sweet). Easy to make and with simple and few ingredients.

Roasted Cajun Potatoes

I'll trade french fries for these any day! Excellent blend of spices and the potatoes crisp up perfectly. Made it with chicken but will definitely make these the next time we have burgers.
