I love cooking, especially when I'm alone. I don't really enjoy eating, though. I like cooking for people as a surprise or a gift. Cookies, chocolate cakes & cheesecakes, chicken, soup. We love all sorts of curry. Healthy food without excessive oil will be ignored. New, radical recipes will not get much excitement. I once made this cookie using this expensive vanilla flour (which I never thought existed) when I was still learning (about age 15). I got the recipe from my aunt. The cookie was a disaster, tasted spicy even! Had to throw the whole thing away, and I felt sorry for my father who paid a lot for those vanilla flour. I'll never forget how I felt that time.
