Delicious Mushroom Soup
I thought this was great. The only things I changed are that I did not blend anything and added a little flour/water mixture at the end to thicken it up just a little. I also added some garlic.

Tortellini Minestrone
This recipe was great. I did add more veggies to it though, we love veggies here. I also did not have turkey sausage so I just used regular hot sausage. I even made enough to freeze some.

Carne Asada Tacos
I love the simplicity of this recipe. It is truly authentic to Mexican cuisine. I have let the meat marinate a little longer because I like to taste the lime juice, I also add fresh garlic to the meat. One of my favorites. A spicy pineapple salsa goes well with this!
