I enjoy cooking and would love to become a foody-type. I am trying to find more time to experiment in the kitchen in order to entertain at home more. I love the flavors of Mexican food and Italian cuisine. I am also hoping to expand on easy, quick family meals as my children get older and more involved in after-school activities. We love to grill out and have family and friends over to relax on the deck in the summer. Baking Christmas cookies with the kids is also a tradition that we have started the last few years. I have continued to serve some great homestyle meals for my family. I also have finally accomplished my own meat sauce for pasta. My husband and my father ask for it continuously. Anything with fish! I have never baked, broiled or fried a fish entree that I am proud of.
