Buffalo Chicken Wings
I practically grew up at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo NY the originators of buffalo wings and I know the true original recipe and all I will say is that the brand of hot sauce is important also a very important ingredient in the shaking sauce is missing!!

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce
Fabulous!! Although I would cut the amount of beef broth by 1/3 and thin later if necessary. But was a wonderful meal. The crab stuffing great I used lump crabmeat NO IMITATION CRAB. I will make again. Be sure filets are good and thick.

Cream of Asparagus Soup II
I followed the recipe as written with the exception of adding a chopped leek; the white part only; also I cut the asparagus into small nibs and pureed in a food processor a last step. Easy recipe came out great!
