World's Best Lasagna
I have made this 3 or 4 times now and it's wonderful! The very first time I made it I followed the directions exactly, but found that it was a little too salty for my taste. Now, instead of using a tablespoon of salt in the meat mixture, I use a teaspoon.

Japanese Zucchini and Onions
Yummy! This was the first time that everyone in our household ate all of their veggies. We'll be having this again, except next time I may try to use sesame seed oil as others have suggested.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I made this for dinner last night and my husband said that it's a keeper. It'll be hard to buy pre-made sauce again, because this sauce was delicious! I plan on making this sauce to use when I make chicken parmesan. I only made 2 adjustments. I used a handful of parmesan in the meatballs because I love it so, and I used my potato masher to mash the tomatoes before I put the meatballs in.
