Naan

My parents and I sometimes eat out for Indian food like Naan but this recipe came out so good, I make it instead. We all LOVE it. The yeast was a little tricky but once you figure it out...it is SO sweet.

Irish Soda Bread V

It tastes great but it looks nuthin like the pic. Im stil new but i did everythin the recipe said. I wanted to make it for a home ec project but I don't think i should since it doesnt look like it should. Is it just me? <:)

Amish White Bread

I'm new at cooking and I've had trouble baking with yeast before this recipe. This bread came out AMAZING! I loved it and my parents loved it. This recipe is perfect for all levels of cooks and bakers. Even if you're just starting to bake.

Watermelon Salsa

I made this for my parents' anniversary and they loved it. I wasn't sure about the ingredients but I decided to make it at the last minute 'cause we had alot of extra watermelon but turns out... IT'S GREAT! :D

Down Under Lemon Tart

This is amazing. I'm not an amazing cook but it came out great. I made it for my mom on mother's day and ever since she's been asking me to make some more. One thing I did though was I diluted the lemon juice with water and used less lemon zest. But other that, simply delish! The crust especially is amazing. I make it like all the time just by itself! :D

Potato Latkes I

These taste really good but I didn't have peanut oil so I just used vegetable oil and it came out very well. And also I would add less salt and more onions. Try making it thinner and crispier. I think it tastes better that way. I used some other reviewer's suggestion to use an egg for every to cups if potato and they turned out great. Absolutely amazing!
