I followed the recipe exactly. I did however use chipped walnuts instead of chopped pecans. They turned out delish! This was the first time making these so I was a little leery of how they would turn out but so glad I took the chance and tried. I will surely make them again. Yummy!!!

This was my first apple pie. Made it for my friend and his son. He loved it! His exact words were "it's outrageous!" I just made another for me. I'm sure it will be delish! Thanks to all the people that left reviews. It makes it so much easier. :)

These are very moist and yummy! I made a few changes to make them a bit healthier. Instead of 1/2 cup oil, I used 2 tsp oil and 1/2 c applesauce. Instead of 2 apples, I used 1 Fuji apple (peeled and chopped) and 1 banana (mashed up). Instead of 2 cups sugar I used 1/2 cup White sugar and 1/2 cup Brown sugar. Everything else, the same.
