Turkey Tortilla Soup

We too, thought the flavor was great, but too hot and fatening. Next time I'd probably use only mild green/red sauce, cut back on cheese, and use only 2% or whole milk in place of half/half. It really did taste very good!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

My wife and I loved this - and the lime made a great twist to the flavor. We substituted mild green salsa (salsa verde) for regular salsa...yum!

Pork and Green Chile Casserole

Loved it! We tried it with corn tortilla, but the strong flavor of the tortilla somewhat stole flavor from the recipe...so we'll use either flour tortillas next, or just all by itself. We used non-fat soup. It tastes EXCELLENT!
