Hearty Turkey Stew with Vegetables
Works like a charm every time. Soups are always a little bit of work, but this one was minimal and using raw turkey really makes it fabulous. A winter staple.

Moist Carrot Cake
Great! A little lacking in that traditional carrot cake flavor... too much pineapple I think. But otherwise delicious.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
Great brownies! I halved the recipe to use an 8-in. brownie pan, and they came out wonderfully!
