Balsamic Bruschetta
I made this recently for a party. Everyone loved it! The only modification I made was to add some red onion. Very easy to make!

Garlic Salmon
I made this salmon last night. I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out great! It was so delicious, the lemon was awesome! I will definately make this again!

Fresh Cherry Cobbler
This was tasty, but I think next time I will follow other reviewers and reduce the sugar just a bit. Was great with vanilla ice cream.
